The Property
Nestled in the enchanting Veneto region, La Casa Veneziana offers a perfect blend of historical grandeur and modern luxury. This magnificent villa forms part of a prestigious Palladian-style complex built in the 16th century by the Marcello family, one of Venice’s most influential noble families. Celebrated for its architectural elegance and historical significance, the villa has been meticulously restored to provide a luxurious retreat. La Casa Veneziana accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) plus 2 additional guests upon request.

Set within beautifully manicured gardens, the villa boasts a stunning private swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and elegant umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. The expansive grounds feature tranquil walking paths, lush lawns, vibrant flower beds, and well-maintained hedges, creating a perfect balance of natural beauty and privacy. Ample outdoor spaces are designed for leisure, dining, and enjoyment, allowing guests to make the most of the serene surroundings.

The interiors of La Casa Veneziana seamlessly blend classical design with contemporary comforts, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Each room is exquisitely appointed, featuring carefully selected furnishings, elegant fabrics, and tasteful décor that reflect the villa’s historical charm while ensuring modern convenience. The ground floor opens onto a spacious entrance hall, located beneath a graceful side loggia of the villa, from which a grand staircase ascends to the first floor.

On the first floor, guests will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, which also includes a washing machine. This floor also comprises a living area, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, plus one twin room and one double bedroom sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. A study sits between the two rooms and features a single sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children.

On request, an extra single bed can be added either to the double bedroom on the first floor or to the twin room on the second floor. Please note that, in total, only two additional guests can be accommodated beyond the standard eight, ensuring that all other spaces, including the dining area, remain comfortable. Each bedroom has independent climate control, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and entertainment options include satellite television.
